This set includes everything you need to start cooking Thai soups, stews and curries, either from scratch or with one of our blends. It contains the big three essential Thai spices – lime leaves, galangal and lemongrass. Plus it includes our hand-mixed Thai Red and Thai Green curry powders, so there’s something to start with if you’re not ready to blend your own fresh pastes.
