We sell several varieties of whole black peppercorns (see Peppercorns), but for those who prefer ground, we also sell cracked, butcher-cut (coarsely ground) and table-grind black pepper. Cracked is nice for pepper sauces and pressing into steaks, butcher-cut is good for dry rubs and spice blends, and table-grind will work nicely in a pepper shaker.
