Situated between the mountains and the sea, the special climate and soil of Kampot Province in Cambodia make these peppercorns very unique. They are produced in small quantities by farmers with several generations of expertise and have a wonderfully pungent and intense flavour that complements food of all types and cuisines.
We import our Kampot pepper directly from Cambodia through a fair-trade organization that ensures farmers are given equal access to foreign markets and are properly compensated for their work. The pepper is processed with the utmost respect for natural, traditional methods.
