Our hand-made vanilla sugars are very special to us. A lot of time and effort goes into them. We cut and scrape dozens of fresh vanilla beans to infuse into the sugar for several days, stirring and mixing every couple of hours. We then grind the dry pods into a fine powder and add them back in to infuse for a few more days before the process is complete. This set of all three of our vanilla sugars is sure to be a decadent treat for anyone who likes things sweet.
