Citrus and pepper are a classic combination, and for good reason. It appeals to almost everyone and it works on almost anything: poultry, pork, fish, vegetables – you name it. This is a great all-purpose blend, and is definitely a customer favourite.
Most store-bought versions of lemon pepper are filled with dyes to make them bright yellow, and additives like MSG to give them flavour. Check the labels – lots of them don’t even contain any real lemon! Our lemon pepper blend gets its flavour from freshly ground black peppercorns and pure dried lemon peel. We add a bit of onion and sea salt to round out the taste, plus a touch of citric acid to boost the tartness.
