One smell of our Greek Seasoning and you will immediately be craving chicken souvlaki and gyros. That's what happens to us, anyway. Our Greek Seasoning includes the classic Greek ingredients of oregano, garlic and lemon, but we've thrown in some mint, marjoram, black pepper, onion and coarse sea salt to give you a perfectly-balanced blend. Just blend some with a little olive oil and brush on chicken, lamb or beef before grilling. You can also make an easy marinade/dressing by mixing a couple teaspoons of Greek Seasoning with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Marinate meat in this mixture overnight for grilling on skewers, add a side of rice or lemon potatoes and a Greek salad, and you've got a great meal! Or use it to dress a bowl of red onions, green peppers and boiled potatoes for a Greek-style potato salad.
