Hickory Smoked Sea Salt


This high-quality, cold-smoked, flaky sea salt is a great way to add smoky flavour to meats and vegetables, especially on the barbeque. Hickory is a natural fit with maple, honey and pork, but try it with fish, chicken and potatoes as well. This salt is coarser, flakier, and a little more subtle than our very popular Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt.
