Bayou Country Creole Seasoning is a great all-purpose Louisiana seasoning for soups, stews, gumbos and jambalayas. It’s blended with paprika, garlic, onion, thyme, oregano, pepper and sea salt. Just toss some into any dish you want to give an authentic deep-south flavour to. We’ve kept it milder than our Cajun Blackening Spice, but there’s still a touch of heat. If you like your crawfish spicier, keep some Louisiana hot sauce close by.
