Serrano Chiles

Green Serrano chiles have an intense fruit and citrus flavour with lots of heat. This chile powder is great in sauces, especially salsa verde, and is a good replacement for Thai chiles in a pinch as they have a similar flavour, although you’ll want to use three times the amount to get the same heat.
