Our standard yellow curry powder is a lovely, balanced blend of some of the most common Indian spices: coriander, cumin, turmeric, ginger, mustard, fenugreek, pepper, cinnamon, clove and cardamom. It’s ideal for curry recipes and as a quick addition for marinades, barbeque sauces, wing sauces, mussels, etc..
We make our curry powder in three heat levels: sweet, medium and hot. Our hotter curry powders contain the same basic spices as the sweet curry powder, but with more emphasis on the spices that produce heat in the body: ginger, pepper and chiles. While the sweet curry powder is fine for everyone, the medium and hot are great for those who like their curry dishes with a little zing.
